Auditor

According to Merus Power’s Articles of Association, the Company has one auditor, which, pursuant to the Auditing Act, must be an auditing firm certified by the Auditing Act with a term concluding at the end of the next Annual General Meeting.

Moore Rewinet Oy, with Authorized Public Accountant Jukka Lahdenpää as the key audit partner, has served as the Company’s auditor since 2019.
