Corporate governance system

Our corporate governance practices comply with the Limited Liability Companies Act and the rules of Nasdaq Helsinki First North. The Company does not comply with the governance code published by the Securities Market Association, because in the Company’s view, this is not justified given the Company’s size and business volume.

Responsibility for Merus Power’s governance is shared between the General Meeting, The Board of Directors and the CEO.
