**) Welcome to the press conference following the publication of the financial statements.
The 2024 Financial Statements Bulletin will be published on 6 February 2025 and a related briefing will be held on the same day at 10:30. Kari Tuomala, CEO of Merus Power, will speak at the event. At the end of the event, the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions, which will be answered by the CEO and CFO Rainer Antila. Please register in advance for the event using the link below. The press conference is held in Finnish.
Regularly published financial reports are preceded by a silent period commencing 30 days prior to the announcement of the next financial report. During the silent period, the Merus Power employees may not meet with investors or media representatives or comment on the Company’s financial result, markets or outlook for the future. The silent period ends on the date of the publication of the Financial Statement Release or the Half-year Report.
