* Welcome to the press conference presenting the Financial Statements for 2023. 
The Financial Statements Bulletin for 2023 will be published on Feb. 8, 2024 and the press conference will be held at 10:30. Kari Tuomala, CEO of Merus Power will be presenting the financial results. At the end of the press conference, it is possible to ask questions which will be answered by the CEO and Rainer Antila, CFO.

Regularly published financial reports are preceded by a silent period commencing 30 days prior to the announcement of the next financial report. During the silent period, the Merus Power employees may not meet with investors or media representatives or comment on the Company’s financial result, markets or outlook for the future. The silent period ends on the date of the publication of the Financial Statement Release or the Half-year Report.
