A press conference session for investors, analysts, the press, and partners will be held on February 5, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., following the release of the 2025 financial statements bulletin. Our CEO Kari Tuomala will speak at the event, and our CFO Rainer Antila will also be available to answer questions.

Regularly published financial reports are preceded by a silent period commencing 30 days prior to the announcement of the next financial report. During the silent period, the employees of Merus Power may not meet with investors or media representatives or comment on the company’s financial result, markets or outlook for the future. The silent period ends on the date of the publication of the Financial Statements Bulletin or the Half-year report.
