Auditor

According to Merus Power’s Articles of Association, the Company has one auditor, which, pursuant to the Auditing Act, must be an auditing firm certified by the Auditing Act with a term concluding at the end of the next Annual General Meeting.

The company’s auditor has been Moore Idman Oy since 2019, and the responsible auditor of the company has been Jussi Savio, chartered accountant, since 4 December 2024.
